Bend WinterFest
Event Identity
Bend WinterFest is a yearly winter party in the Old Mill District in Bend, Oregon. It includes live music, light shows, ice carving, fire displays, and activities for families.
For this year, my goal was to evoke the 80s, mainly focusing on synthwave and retro/neon aesthetics. I was also inspired by vintage ski outfits that used vivid colors.
The project scope included print materials (posters and magazine ads), social media materials, digital ads, Pump Bump Jam logo/branding and materials, and physical banners (for lampposts around town and the entryways).
Pump Bump Jam was a new part of Winterfest this year, and it was sponsored by Tactics (a snowboarding store in Bend, Oregon). When creating the logo, I was heavily inspired by Burton, Vans, and Thrasher (as well as Tech Deck from back in the day).
